Account Manager

In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for managing current client base and identifying prospective upside for relationship expansion as well as problem areas requiring remediation. Critical client-facing role that serves as a conduit between client and Sage production in order to drive a client experience that exceeds expectations. Advocate for client needs and overall satisfaction while balancing realities of operational model and corporate responsibilities. Will be working closely with Account Managers, Practice Managers, and Director of Business Development on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
Analyze current service diversification to determine opportunities for growth and advance sales cycle fulfillment.
Development and execution of targeted account penetration strategies to increase Sage adoption via new departmental usage and timely renewals.
Meet and exceed account renewal goals.
Identify key target accounts that are candidates for condensed sales cycle.
Proactive client renewal communications to determine production timeframe and related resource dependencies.
Collect and document vendor procurement decision criteria such as departmental ownership, timeframe for decision, contract status, key decision-maker(s), budget cycle, due diligence requirements, competitive landscape, etc.
Assist with ensuring required documentation is obtained in advance of service engagements.
Persuade C-level suite of Sage value proposition in order to secure long-term commitment.
Delivery of competitive climate feedback to Product Management.
Other projects as assigned or developed individually that help achieve overall sales goals.
Qualifications
4+ years of sales experience with an undergraduate college degree preferably in business and/or marketing.
Familiar with consultative selling techniques; preferably in financial services and/or healthcare verticals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Writing sample required.Computer Skills (MS Office, CRM familiarity, WebEx, etc.)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
