The Enterprise Asset Management Consultant will lead the design enhancement of Tyler's public sector Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The EAM will work closely with the Munis development team to define the functional needs and deliver a superior product that is appealing to our clients and supports Tyler's overall strategy and goals.

Yarmouth, Maine
Position can also be remote.
## Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design intuitive, functional, and flexible software
Design and deliver on project deliverables such as process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional design documents
Provide subject matter expertise on key decisions related to industry specific operations and systems
Work closely with development, quality assurance, and business analysts to ensure all aspects of the system specifications are implemented completely, correctly, and on-time
Spend time in the market visiting customers, representing the product at conferences and trade shows and interacting with industry analysts
Provide product and market knowledge in support of sales, marketing, implementation and technical support operations
10-25% travel is required
## Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical engineering or related field, or years of relevant experience with asset management at a utility or municipality
The ideal candidate is an expert of EAM and does not need prior experience working in software or software development
Domain knowledge in the following areas strongly desired: life cycle asset management, whole life planning, life cycle costing, planned and proactive maintenance, fixed asset management, asset registry, GIS, PAS 55
Experience at a utility or municipality in the area of linear asset management desired: sewer/water lines, pump stations, electric lines/poles/transformers, streets
Ability to understand business needs of customers and translate into software solutions that are well accepted by end users, maintainable, and profitable
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical staff and users
Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and leadership skills
Familiarity with issues related to aging infrastructure (such as underground pipes), condition & risk assessment, etc. desired
Experience as a high level user or designer/developer of a work orders or asset management solution, or experience with a GIS-based asset management system is a plus
## Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
