Position Objective
Tyler Technologies is seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide first-tier phone troubleshooting software support to municipal clients who use Tyler''s Munis Utility Billing and Tax software product. Join our growing team! Successful candidates will have great customer service, organizational and project management skills with a desire to empower our customers by troubleshooting their technical software issues. This is a great position for someone with an aptitude for software troubleshooting and a background in tax systems.
Responsibilities
Answer and resolve customer telephone inquiries regarding software issues.
Manage multiple technical support calls and issues while providing excellent customer service to clients.
Continually develop product expertise by reviewing new functionality, testing new product issues, and utilizing company resources.
Contribute to the company knowledgebase and maintain accurate records regarding client interaction and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or comparable work experience.
Proficiency using computers and exposure to relational databases or SQL desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively work with clients'' business issues.
Experience with application software in a customer service environment a plus.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
