Acting as TS at Pemberton & Associates you narrow the gap between strategy and execution.
Working closely with search consultants you balance quality, efficiency and productivity related initiatives to optimize firm resources.

You listen to the market and optimize our talent pipeline to align with clients' ever-changing talent demands.
You operate with agility, autonomy and integrity in tackling challenges and identifying new opportunities.
You collaborate with our consultants to find job opportunities that sync with their professional backgrounds.
Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of job requirements, the TS utilizes creative and effective sourcing tactics to identify and attract hyper-talented candidates for client requisitions.

Strategic Sourcing and Search AdministrationIdentify and attract better talent with greater efficiency.
a.
Participate in client intake meetings.
b.
Collaborate with P&A recruiters to translate talent requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
c.
Identify and attract talent for assigned requisitions.
d.
Build/optimize talent pipelines.
e.
Collaborate with recruiters to rank candidates in pipelines.
f.
Schedule meetings with candidates and recruiters.
g.
May either screen and advance best talent to recruiters or participate in interviews with recruiters depending on position.
h.
May prepare candidate write ups depending on experiencei.
Support recruiters in following up with passive candidates.
j.
Create and post job ads.
k.
Build and send out candidate packets.
l.
Assist with references and background checks.
m.
Notify candidates of where they are in the interviewing process.
n.
Work with consultants to optimize recruitment channels.
2.
Job Acquisition & Market ResearchGather and report on market intelligence to help recruiters target business prospects.

Generate job opportunities for P&A recruitersb.
Identify job opportunities that align with P&A resources.
c.
Support and enhance recruiters' workflow by responding/customizing the number of generated opportunities based on bandwidth.
3.
Business Development & BrandingContribute to our success in expanding P&A's footprint throughout the Northeast.
a.
Sell P&A recruiters to potential client-companies.
b.
Collaborate with Managing Partner to gather intelligence from past placements; consolidate a comprehensive list of past Client Companies.
c.
Target potential companies according to the Ranking Companies Criteria.
d.
Assist with building social media presence for P&A.
e.
Spot talent trends and present findings to P&A team.
f.
Capture general feedback to improve internal processes and implement change.
4.
High Potential Candidates:
Manage a short list of most placeable candidates for quick hit placementsa.
Maintain an on-going relationship with candidatesb.
Identify potential job leads that match candidate skill sets.

Contact companies and pitch viable candidatesd.
Conduct scheduling and follow up as necessary5.
