Position Objective
The Technical Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties involving scheduling and organizing all software upgrade and installation activities for the Technology Services Installation team. The Technical Administrative Assistant ensures the timely purchase and licensing of required software for all new, migration and upgrade installations for specific server/operating system combinations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the scheduling, product delivery, and all required communication for remote and field installation personnel.
Coordinate purchase of third party software, hardware, and services with Tyler's Purchasing Department, ensuring all required software and hardware is available prior to a scheduled installation
Create, distribute and monitor all installation work orders.
Track and file paperwork from Installation Engineers.
Maintain and update the department's installation and work order schedules.
Maintain accurate installation statistics and reports for management.
Assist with making travel arrangements for on-site installations as needed.
Communicate on a daily basis with a wide range of clients, both internal and external, from technical to non-technical and from management to clerical.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Two years of office administration or schedule coordination experience.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Prior customer service experience and the ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Working knowledge of computers and networks preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
